We believe in the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper as directives for identification and development of relationships with God the Father and the Body of Christ.
Baptism: We believe in the ordinance of water baptism by immersion in obedience to the Word of God. All who have been born again, by accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, are to be baptized in water as a public profession of their faith in Christ (Acts 2:38; Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4).
The Lord’s Supper: (Luke 22:14-19; I Corinthians 11) This ordinance was established as a continual remembrance of who Jesus Christ is, His redemptive work at the Cross, and His work in us today. The obedience to this ordinance is to show the true worth of the believer, and the church, uniting us in the reconciliation ministry as a demonstration to a divisive and dying world.
